I'm currently working on another adoptable(s) and put them up on an auction, initially, I'm only working on one to back up my wallet only like the past 2 months but Yesterday I just heard a pretty bad news.
So my Old man apparently made some mistakes when handling my motorcycle finance and leasing, long story short, he probably didn't read the contract and the salesman probably had some sweet mouth and didn't tell my old man about all the details, the contract sheet were also gone too so yeah, it would take another 2 years for my motorcycle to be settled/paid off so that make a total 3 years worth of contract, I thought at first the contract is only 2 years that's why I'm agreeing on his decision to take the bike, otherwise I won't let him to sign the contract last year.
When I calculate all of the total cost + interest and such, yeah, we got robbed big time by the finance/leasing company.
And apparently, I also making mistakes when counting the payment, I initially thought I was on schedule but the truth is I was overdue, 2 months late. (a Debt collector has just visited my house too yesterday, that's why I know about this.)
We haven't paid the September & October payment, my plan is to at least pay until December to at least give me some breathing until January before the payment resumes again.
My father will try to pay the overdue payment and I need to back him up in case anything happen, that's why I will create 2 adoptables this month.
I don't really know how leasing/auto finance works outside my country but in my country, that's how it works.
Worst case is that I need to sell my PC and tablet to prevent the bike to get repo'ed, if the bike got repo'ed, we will have around of $2000 loss because we already paid the bike for 13 months, there's no way I will let that happen but nothing really bad will happen if I sold my current gear aside of losing money a little bit, I can still borrow my friend's Wacom (Because many of my friends upgraded to display tablet) and I still have my laptop too.
So each of these will have an open bid price of $100, I can't really do anything else because I'm still on my Internship too, my Internship is the reason of why everything happened, it limits my time for drawing resulting me didn't have enough money because I was underpaid.
Given my situations, I hope people understand why I frequently draw adoptable lately, I don't need anything else, understanding my current condition is more than enough.
And actually, drawing adoptable hurts me a little but I can't specify the reason.
Moral of the story: Please read every ToS, ToA or any sort of contracts that has anything to do with money or stuff.
