If prepaid is set up, we charge patrons as soon as they are registered. The first payment opens access to the catalog of existing publications and subscription. After that, we process payments on the 1st of each month.
The payment, which is debited on the 1st, opens access to the subscription for the current month. For example, a payment deducted on January 1 grants the patron access to the subscription during January.
