If you need a break, then by all means, take it. Your physical, mental, and emotional health are all extremely important. Your feelings, your emotions are all very much valid, regardless of the situation you’re in. I know it’s hard, because you don’t want people to worry. You feel that you have to lie to maintain some semblance of normalcy, and I think it’s completely understandable. You’re a strong person and your display of strength through this whole situation is admirable. However, please don’t be afraid to say if things aren’t going too well. As much as we try to, humans weren’t made to go through our burdens alone. It isn’t a sin to rely on others for help. I, as well as many others, will be here to support you as much as we can, in whatever ways we can. So please, do whatever you think you need to do to feel better. We all want you to be the best you can be. Stay strong for us!
