As some of you probably know or have seen, I have been struggling with this weird twitch lately. It feels like an electric pulse at the base of my head in the back at the very top of my vertebrae. It has been causing me constant neck jerking, neck locks (these hurt the most), throwing my whole head back (and sometimes my body too), and I woke up this morning where I can’t seem to stop making odd sounds when it happens.

I have no control when this stuff happens and I have an appointment today at the doctors to get it checked out. We think we know what it is but I wanted to give you guys a more in depth on what’s going on. I’ll keep you posted.
