Not Your Typical Eevee

One couldn't ask for a cuter Eevee. She was playful, kind, affectionate and strong for an Eevee her level. No matter how challenging our opponent would be, Eevee would best them in 1-on-1 combat. But lately, she's been quite hesitant to evolve. No matter the elemental stones I share with her, she refuses to level up further, despite showing signs that she's strong enough to do so.
I never could figure out why. Is it because she's not your typical Eevee? That she's similar to that one kid's Pikachu who refused to evolve into Raichu? Whatever the case, I hoped that she would come around one of these days so that we can take our battles to new heights!
Something a bit different this time around...
Was messing around with some Eevee variations and came across this BEAUTIFUL version of what I would consider my own unique Eevee. And yes, it is a SHE... You'll find out why in a follow-up page...
