I'm picturing maybe a couple of mini-frames to start (maybe a hand putting the VHS in the player; the person's face beginning to change as the movie begins; and then the TV screen fuzzing over to yoga) and then a big frame showing the finished yoga-wolf.
Anyone got any thoughts on alts?

Maybe she's being hypnotized to share the video with all her friends. (Because let's be real, why how else would these creepy videos that kill the viewer, or turn them into a wolf, spread around?)
