The commentary on these 2 episodes were fantastic! I am going to be throwing up and sliding down the wall alongside Director if he get's back with his ex. Also, I was riding with Lee and Adorkable in the beginning(under Adorkables talk-u-jutsu) until I realized(with y'all) that she has not shown any real penitence AND she is the one in a romantic relationship with him. Your significant other will always be that much more closer to you than a best-friend in a very particularly vulnerable/intimate way. Not to mention she was double that as a former best friend AND lover. I do think that her saving face by running away and putting up a front that she cheated "so what" is linked to her feeling justified, because presumably she felt neglected in the relationship. I think that's what is making me feel like she is the one who pursued the friend, knowing that he liked her and she used him as a stepping stone to hurt the ML instead of talking to him about her insecurities etc.

Yea they were all friends but now she is not just friends with him but is now his girlfriend, while the guy remains his friend. She cheats on him, breaking that additional layer that they had to each other where they make commitments to with each other and etc. so I definitely think it makes sense that he might be more willing to be ok with is friend who fucked up than his girlfriend who he made commitments with. Cuz at the end of the they yea he is shitty for going for his friends girl but she’s the one that was in a romantic relationship. It was 100% to be the one to make the choice. Cuz yea my someone can like my partner and try and go for them all they want but if my partner doesnt entertain it then… But I mean I guess you can say the friend betrayed their friendship so he “cheated” on their friendship. Ok yes sure. But yea the point that y’all realized on why it’s difference is that she left, dipped, for yearssss, why the other has stayed for years trying to fix it. So the way I see it, she also needs to be trying for years as well b4 he can forgive her. Cuz it’s not like he forgave his friend right away. I mean even now he still really hasn’t.
