I don't know what kind of logic that is, but me myself have high myopia, and whenever I take off my glasses, sometimes I really can't hear what the other person is saying. And I confirmed it by asking my friends who also have high myopia, and it turns out they also experience the same thing. So when Eun Bong Hui said that she can't hear well when she can't see well, I totally felt that 😂

It’s considered a form of hearing loss, but can also be another sweet little disrupter that comes along with my ADHD. It's interesting because I can hear people talking clearly, but my brain processes what I hear them saying and the tone they are using at a slower speed. To combat this sweet little disrupter, I need subtitles for everything I watch. In social settings, I need to see your face and read your lips to process what you're saying and how you are conveying it in real-time. This is why we ADHDers often communicate with short/long pauses in between our responses. We are literally still processing what you just said. Many ADHDers do not know about their APD and often let their ADHD control the conversation narrative, resulting in frustration and miscommunication. They often jump the gun by speaking prematurely on what they think they have heard, as opposed to letting their brain process what was actually being said. Those on the receiving end of our words have no clue about the complex processes going on in our brains on the backend. They just get the benefit of witnessing the result of it all. MY FUN FACT: I often struggle watching your reaction videos because the subtitles are small and the font is white. When the white font clashes with the light background, the subtitles are very difficult to make out. I have to watch all your reaction videos with a display zoom of 150%. I’m sure it’s just me, but I love you guys so much, I push through. All of my subtitles in various apps are in yellow font with 100% background opacity. This way, I can process what I hear and see a lot faster.
