I really appreciate that this drama chose to address the issue of stalking head-on. It’s always been unsettling to me how often stalking or obsessive behavior gets romanticized in K-dramas like it’s just another way to show love or devotion. In this drama, the female lead engages in stalking the male lead. While she didn’t have malicious intentions, the show takes the time to explore how even well-meaning actions can cross the line. She eventually realizes that what she’s doing isn’t just innocent admiration it’s bordering on obsession, and that kind of one-sided love can become a heavy burden for the person on the receiving end. It’s such a mature and refreshing take, and I’m glad the writers didn’t shy away from showing how harmful this behavior can be, no matter who it comes from.
