Just clarity so that you guys won't continue to be confused. They are not twin sisters; rather, doppelgangers. They just look exactly alike. Both have been in Ju Na Tae's life for 20 years. The real mom is a straight bad girl who loves her freedom so when Ju Na Tae meet Sim Soo Ryun (the good mom), it was the perfect opportunity to marry into a wealthy family while letting her be the replacement mom so the real mom can go out, do her thing, and execute their schemes. The real bad mom would play dress up as the good mom whenever she wanted to parade around the penthouse or be out about with Ju Na Tea in public. In essence, he had the best of both worlds. The kids had a fake mom to abuse and disrespect while he had the real bad mom on the backend scheming and plotting to covet Sim Soo Ryun's family wealth.

Bae Ro Na is actually an Italian name (Verona). There's a name you're looking at now, but I'll hold back on that because that is actually a spoiler

What's crazy is at this point her actress already won the #1 KDrama actress that year for Penthouse 1, and she only gets better in season 2. Interesting note is this came out the same year as it's okay not to be okay, and the runner up for #1 KDrama actress was Seo Ye Jo for IONTBO
