The A rank didn't receive a shadow I don't think Japans did outside of the 5 that spared. Because they was beat up but not going to for sure die until the horde of ants started after them.

2025-03-17 13:39:04 +0000 UTCOkay so saw this and other guys commit and purhaps offer a helpful retort. Jinwoo is not looking at any TV's that we can see on the top of the tallest buildings. The delay could be between his shadows and him communicating. But IMO it's more likely everything with Korean S Ranks took place in 5 minutes really fast. It's just the perspective made it seem longer. So he had just enough time to receive the information and decide how to act.

2025-03-16 20:03:26 +0000 UTCTo be fair, he probably relay the message "Let me know when they are in life or death situations." as Jinwoo wouldn't want to intervene everytime someone takes a serious hit, but still manages to get back up and fight. Only when the one that was shadowing is really going to die, then he switched. In this cases, all of them aren't in exact life or death until the last minute. Jinwoo activates his shadow because he finally saw the transmission from the video feed and decided it's time for him to go in immediately without the shadows notifying him.

He doesn't share senses with the soldiers and the news feed is 10 minutes behind so by the time he saw shit hit the fan Byung Gu was a convertible.
