If i have to recommend a medical kdrama to a newbie to medical genre , i would def recommend Trauma Code . The medical part is there (even if its a bit unrealistic on how Dr Baek kept doing the impossible . Mc thing ig) and the non medical action & crisis to maintain the thrill . It will def boost ur interest into exploring more medical kdramas that are a bit more complex like Dr Romantic , Dr John , Hospital Playlist etc

It's been mentioned already, but Light Shop (starring the main actor) is a great show to watch and by the same writer/creator of "Moving." Wish it had won in the fairly recent poll but hope you two will get to it someday

I need to drop the recs in the proper chat, but Light Shop is a very short and an exciting watch. I hope the trio or you and your wife will check it out.
