When it comes to the goriness this is pretty standard for Korean medical dramas btw, personally I don’t get squeamish watching it on screen and I’m used to it but I had to learn the hard way that I don’t like seeing it in real life 😅

Just fun facts, this drama is based off a webnovel written by a real doctor, and the ML character was inspired by Dr. Lee Guk-jong, an actual trauma specialist in korea who actually had to go through a lot of trouble and politics that will be portrayed in this drama. Can't wait to watch u guys continue to react to this~
