real talk this show hit me like a brick to the chest! i literally wish i had the guts that inori had when i was that young. i wish i pushed my mom harder to let me pursue music earlier.

Tanjro also doesnt throw hands beating everything that comes his way by ep2 and he is also an underdog who never gives up no matter the hardship. Sports shows are inherently battle shounen, they just have battles in a different form but from a writing perspective its the same formula.
