Pausing Patreon for January too, updates will resume in February

Merry Christmas! Hope you're having a wonderful holiday season! This time off has been a blessing for me.

I'll be pausing payments once more until January 30th. Until then, existing patrons will not be charged and new patrons will be unable to join.

I will be spending January building up a content buffer. Besides the pending patron request, I'm working on a longer sequence about two college roommates forced to quarantine from a bimbo virus together. I'm excited to share my work with you again!

Wishing you all an amazing new year! I hope all your dreams for 2023 come true! Thank you, once again, for your support. I can't express enough how grateful I am to call this my job. I appreciate you!

Yay!

Sortimid

Ohhh! Bimbo Quarantine! I always love those stories.

Thomas

No, sorry!

Sortimid

The December patron request is now the February patron request. I'll make another announcement towards the end of January, and leave suggestions open till February 4th.

Sortimid

What does this mean for the December patreon nominations and poll btw? Like, when do nominations close and the poll start?

Vanessa Blonde

do you have like a Ko-fi page?

meepsalot

That makes sense. In project management as well they say that any project expands to take up all the time allotted to it

Sortimid

I'm with you in principle and appreciate you saying that! Still, I can't charge you all while delivering nothing. The current Patreon agreement is payment in exchange for art, not effort. It's up to me to figure out how to deliver "within budget".

Sortimid

I think there's a term for that economic phenomena- I can't remember what it is, but it's like when you buy a more fuel efficient car but spend the same amount on gas cause you drive it more cause you're spending less on gas per mile.

Vanessa Blonde

It's kind of unfair for you that you're pausing payments so you have the time to make *content for us* - that's work. You should be getting paid for work.

Vanessa Blonde

Well sure it’ll be better for storytelling.

meepsalot

Attempted a simpler style to work faster and ended up making the sequence twice as long...

Sortimid

And a bimbo new year!

Sortimid

Happy holidays and a happy new year to you too, take as much time as you need! Also looks like you’re trying a new style for this one I dig it!
