Andy & Sarjiri Test Build 10-15-2021

Just for you Patreons.  I really appreciate the support that lets me do this.  We're up to 18 characters, not even including Guest characters!  

This build has Andy and Sarjiri as the forefront of what's being shown.  Andy being entirely new and Sarjiri having her gameplay altered to be a more enjoyable boss fight.  Balance tweaks were done to others as well.  For example all dive kicks are negative on block, however keep in mind the exactly frame difference will vary with height of impact.   But you should be able to grab, jab first, or DP on bad dive kicks.  This was done to lower the annoyance at fighting Jiggly, Violet and Rapid.


Andy:

•  New Character,  Charge motions; 1000 HP

•  Only character to have a higher Defense stat, he takes 10% less damage than everyone else.  (This is done via the stat instead of HP since later on, he may have the ability to boost his defense.) 

•  Intentionally doesn't take chip damage, This is his advantage and maybe incentive to use as a counter character to other heavily zoning characters.

•  Panacea sprite is there for size contrast, her moves are coming as they get animated.  Still unsure what her role will be.

•  If he feels like Guile, trust me that is intentional.  He'll get more command normals in the future too. 

Sarjiri:

•  Animations changed on fire breath

•  Moves are mostly Dodgeable now, once you learn how.

•  Hopefully she's a more entertaining boss to fight.

•  Lowered health but she's still meaty at 2000 HP

Rapid:

• Dive kick(Dive butt) frame advantage lowered

Jiggly:

• Dive kick(Dive butt) frame advantage lowered

Violet:

• Dive kick(Dive butt) frame advantage lowered

Jumba:

•  Ground command grab super was slowed down by a frame.  You could jump it on reaction now as long as you have control.

Jumbo:

• Anti-air command grab super was slowed down by a frame.  You're still screwed if you're airborne on this one, but it's not as instant as it was.  A few scenarios where you are falling quickly or rising quickly can now make it whiff.

•  Jumbo can cancel his forward lunging Command grab.  Similar to Makuyama

Aroma:

•  HP buff 900 -> 950

•  Aroma's projectiles were tone down a while ago, since she's meant to be more of a melee character now.

Bertha:

•  Standing Medium Kick will knock toward you instead of away on hit.  This tool was always meant to lead into grabs so now it's better at it.  This is useful on block or hit.

•  2nd hit of Standing medium kick pushes pretty far away and is now negative on block. 

Lardo:

•  Tail Grab super doesnt' allow combos after it now.

Makuyama

•  Overwhelming desire to do Banzai drops has been removed.  (This was a flaw, he went for it almost every time without sense.  Now he only does it if it's possible for it to hit.)

•  Bearhug command grab travels way faster now.  He may suprise you.
