Batch 2-23-2021 (Nearly Complete Rapid)
Added 2021-02-23 20:29:51 +0000 UTCSorry for not posing as many Gif's to show the work in progress but some of the more recent sprites weren't animations. This build has Rapid's:
• Level 3,
• Intro with Bertha,
• Intro Against Bertha
• 12 Pallets, 1 for each button and hold start for more.
and a bunch of gameplay tweaks to make him viable. I don't have a moveset for him yet since I haven't even commissioned an artist for the promotional art yet. I'll get started on a placeholder movelist with one of my pics as the art until then.
Next, I think I wanna give Rapid another move and then just work on cosmetic things until completion. So I'll list below what those will be:
Needs:
• Dizzy Animation
Wants:
• Additional Hurricane Kick
• Win poses against Bertha
• Lose Poses against Bertha
• Generic Facesit pose for losses against others.
I think he's fun to play as and it may be a challenge fighting all those big bodies with someone smaller. I hope you have fun trying him out. Let me know what you think and if something doesn't work let me know.

I have been having an absolute blast playing as Rapid, the move set is so crisp and the combo potential and paths are extremely fun.

2021-03-04 18:52:52 +0000 UTCI mean, he is quite thick and has a butt drop as his dive kick. As well as a bump in his super. So I think he does have a fanservice-type attack but it's not the main focus of the character.
