W commentary and reactions. i wouldnt recommend this series today, its a bit dated in a couple ways. i didnt even remember caring for the story much. its very much a vibes thing that was cool 20 years ago, it just doesnt slap by todays standards. but ay, another one off the list

2025-01-14 16:34:34 +0000 UTCfun finale, but unfortunately i don't think the series has much going for it besides vibes- mostly carried by the animation and music. i did have fun with most of the multi-part episodes, barring the guy with the sick family. the jin/brothel, baseball, and zombie episodes were probably the biggest stand outs for me. generally any story that felt like it was retreading ground covered by cowboy bebop i didn't have much fun with.
