First of all, I would like to thank the Alpha testers for their help in speeding up the final (and hardest) leg of development - Durram, gbounias, Jammy,  Kire, MagSeb, Pilgrim, and Txman. The game would not have been completed before New Year without them. So give them a shout-out on Discord :)

And also thank you everyone for your patience and support in making this game epic. Skill trees are introduced in Chapter 3 which allows you to customize Britt's abilities and storylines. If you are a casual player, specializing fully in Seidr/Magic will be easier for you. A general guide will be posted on Discord shortly after we catch up on sleep :)

To play, you must have an official version of Ergi Chapter 1 and 2. (available to supporters from Sept and before) or 2. purchased from Itch.Io. Otherwise, earlier chapters are available to Vanir supporters only. 

1. Please back up your game files before extracting and copying the Chapter 3 patch over.

2. Make sure the directory level matches before you copy/replace the 3.11 files over. There is an installation guide (contributed by the community) pinned in Discord Technical Support Channel as well as on Itch.

3. Chapter 3 does not work until you merged it correctly with your current game files. The Installation guide will show you screenshots and examples.

4. Manually transferring save games into your new game folder might corrupt your save. Saved games are not kept in the Ergi save game folder (they are only local copies). https://wiki.andrealphusgames.com/wiki/How_to_find_a_save_file

5. Edit save games at your own risk. There are 10,000 - 20,000 lines of codes per chapter and they are interdependent. If you break or corrupt the save, you might need to replay the whole game or be unable to progress normally.
