the Starship one is, I think, FAR more entertaining bc of the actors. They are so willing to be mean to each other, be the butt of the joke, etc bc they don't have to constantly worry about their image or some random kpop netizen taking a screenshot and posting a hate post. It let the idols relax and not feel pressured to entertain and just have fun. It also had so much more footage since it was for a 2 day/1 night span. Even though the groups aren't as popular as JYP or HYBE groups, I found Starship S1 and the first 2 episodes of Starship S2 so much more fun
