🚨New BL Drama Poll🚨
Added 2024-09-07 13:00:12 +0000 UTCIt's that time again! We have finished Moonlight Chicken and it's time to vote on the next BL drama. As always, you guys left a lot of recommendations, I chose select ones based on length and plot variety. I'm excited to see what you guys choose!

I agree. The Japanese one is superior to the Thai one. AND I LOVE GEMINI AND FOURTH, but the writing and direction in the Thai remake was all over the place. It was a very cute drama, and we all know how good Gem and Fourth CAN be which is why it was frustrating to see them both over and under directed in My Love Mix-up. I still liked the Thai one, but after knowing what Gem and Fourth are like in an excellent drama (Moonlight Chicken) and well developed rom/com (My School President) it was lackluster when compared. The Japanese version, tho was lighthearted and sweet and I've watched it more than once <3

One of the few that I have watched more than once, and I will always enjoy a good Taiwan BL, they tend to blend the good plot with more realistic skinship than a lot of Japanese or Korean BL (although there are def outliers on either side). HOWEVER, LAST TWILIGHT IS THE GREATEST =P I have become such a fan of Sea especially. His performance is wonderful in the show; he and Jimmy have wonderful chemistry, and he is one of the few Thai BL actors that I believe when I see him paired in both M/M and M/F relationships as well (The Trainee--his plotline with his girlfriend is lovely and realistic). He's just a believable actor (much like Gun). So I hope that even if it doesn't win this poll, it doesn't get forgotten =)

I thought I wouldn't like it. But it bought so many emotions out of me. Very well acted. I hope you can give it a chance one day 💜

2024-09-07 16:59:01 +0000 UTCDead Friend Forever is so underrated! I've been beyond impressed with BOC's dramas. 4Minutes, Kinnporsche, and Dead Friend Forever are the only three shows they have made, and easily rank in the top 10 of BLs in terms of plot, acting, and production.

If you do My Love Mix Up, it must be the Japanese version. I tried to watch the Thai one and even though I love the actors in it, it just wasn't doing it for me the way the Japanese version does. Plus, you have yet to watch a J-bl.
