Yes The crown prince was in the room. Yo and So were trying to cover for the queen. The king is way smarter and in the know than they think. That moment was the king telling So he knows the truth and asking him who he was loyal to. The king or his mom because he tried to cover for her. Even after everything she put him through. The king wants to make sure he isn’t going to betray them and try and kill Moo (crown prince )
