You have to have a google drive account for this: Click on the extra options for the file in question. Add to starred. Go to your starred files on your account. Click on the options for that file again. Make a copy. Once the video is processed on your account (takes maybe up to an hour) it should be playable for you. Hope that helps. Also, I think if you download the file rather than just playback it will preserve the video quality better.
