2021-10-14 23:59:36 +0000 UTCI always got confused about pork belly… in the US, a lot of places serve something that grossed me the F out, but with Korean cooking it’s more like thick sliced bacon… and with Korean barbecue they usually serve it with kimchi and wrap it up in a perilla/shiso or lettuce leaf… I’ve watched too much eating in Korean dramas and REALLY need to find a place that serves it like they do😭
