Wanna give a proper heads up for the next month or so!

This last month or two was a sort of wake-up call for how much I'm working myself when it comes to art in general, so I wanna change up my workflow. For October I wish to try out limiting how much finished fully-rendered work I do in favor of spending more time sketching and doodling.

(Approximately like this, with and without colors, this was done in 2 hours and I began wondering how much I'd benefit from doing more small stuff that's less taxing)

I know some folks get as much outta the smaller stuff as the finished works, so it may be worth trying. In exchange, I do wish to put more time and effort into the fewer finished stuff to make them Pop more. I crave backgrounds. I crave PROPS. So mayyybe it's something to look forward to for this year's Halloween pieces.

ALSO: Sorry in advance if the Wave and Washimi pieces come a little late during early October, my pace this month with commissions was super out of wack and things took longer than I initially gambled. I WILL be prioritizing those two over the next few days!

Lastly, current events regarding the potential future of my and numerous other creators' art on platforms like this has been weighing on me pretty heavy and it's not fun lol. If anything, it's made me more appreciative of the support I do have and this privilege to just create what I want to create without financial stress and worry. I would like to extend like 10,000 Thank-You's to each and every one of you guys continuing to allow me this opportunity and I hope to continue making it worthwhile/try to make it more worthwhile. It still genuinely feels surreal to have this many folks keep this all afloat lol
