Tier changes

Tier changes will mostly affect patrons joining in the future!
Changes in December:
- "Bitter Flavor" revised .zip will be posted in 5$ Tier until beginning of December.
- All finished bonus comics will be moved to 20$ Tier.
- 20$ Tier will have unlimited number of free slots.
- WIICO will be the only bonus comic available to 10$ Tier patrons.
- Only patrons, who stayed in 20$ Tier for 3 months will have their cameo in the comic and their name posted in honorable mentions.
- 5$ Tier supporters will continue seeing bonus comics/works in progress.
That's about it, for now. Save all the bonus comics if you'd still like to have access to them if you're bellow 20$ Tier. Now all I need to do is to decide on my next bonus project. I'll have a little voting up soon.
