It looks good over all. Only two things stand out to me; She is the holding the spear behind the point of balance. Good for longer reach (if a little more unwieldy) but then she has it in a reverse grip that would substantialy shorten her reach. That said I can understand why you went this way. That is a odd position and looks super tricky to draw, so great work I don't think a normal person would think the slightest thing was off with it.
