New Request List Rules

Because someone has commission me to finished his request list, I've been thinking about the new request list rules. Here it is :
- Anyone on tier $15 can continue other patron request.
- Anyone inside and outside of patreon can do commission to finish the illustration. (discount $15 if from sketch, discount $30 if from base color)
- I'll ask original requester first to do it. If don't agree, It will be stopped.
