September Pinup/Minicomic #1 Poll

Hey friends and fellas. It's time to vote for September's first pinup/minicomic. This poll will be up from August 19th, 10am CET, to August 22nd, 10pm CET.

And here are the suggestions!

1. To Grow A 'Fro - Starting the journey into growing an afro, a young black man happens upon a new brand of hair growth formula that promises "shape, volume, and bounce."  

At home, in the shower, he scrubs it into his scalp and finds it works instantly, as oodles of glistening curls spring from his follicles. However, it turns out "shape, volume, and bounce" applies to more than just hair, as the elixir feminizes his body as it runs down his skin. After being rinsed off, she emerges from the shower not only with a shapely afro, but a shapely body as well, totally satisfied with her purchase.

2. Babyface no more - A shy and timid son of a wealthy human merchant gets kidnapped and, thanks to a mixup with the ransom, sent off to the Shellside Gladiatorial Guild. With little prospects among the fearsome and famed characters of the SGG, the unlikely gladiator resorts to stealing the food that the Elven competitors demand from the organizers, knowing that non-human food tends to have an effect on Humans.  

Months later, the merchant's men follow the son's path to the Shellside Arena, only to discover their quarry has become an up-and-coming headliner. Thanks to the gains (and a myriad of deeply affirming side effects) from the protein-rich Elven cuisine, the once meek human has blossomed into Tytania, a powerful and confident elven fighter and the Guild's premier heel. The new champion graciously offers to go back with her father's old men - provided they can best her in the ring. Their odds do not look good.

3. Getting Out Of The Hood - A young miscreant in Empire Bay finds an antique cloak that belonged to a roguish ancestor. It looks surprisingly modern thanks to its high quality, but more importantly it's just about baggy enough to serve as the perfect dysphoria hoody (not that she realises that's what she wants). She spends every waking moment practically living in it (and suppressing the urge to think about what she looks like...for some reason).  

After several months of graffiti tagging, recording law enforcement misdeeds and vending machine hacks (everyone does it!), our hero's getting a reputation. There's no end of speculation (amongst people who care about such things) about who's under this stylish cloak...and she's strangely happy when they get this "wrong" and speculate she's a girl.  

As of the pin-up, she's just tripped up (literally) and been caught. The reveal that she's a girl is as much a surprise to her as everyone else (except a few friends who assumed she was transitioning, but didn't mention it). But, hey, she's so happy she doesn't even care about the incoming slap on the wrist.

4. Soaring High On Metal Wings - A talented young designer in Empire Bay makes his living by creating cute and friendly "Cyberfae" training modules to teach people how to use their new cybernetic replacement limbs in simulations. Not realizing he is trans, he continues to painstakingly design models that are closer and closer to his vision of a Perfect Self, until he identifies so strongly with his avatar that he decides to become her real-world equivalent.

Several years, one gender transition and many augmentations later "Dexa the Cyber-Pixie" finally takes flight, enrapturing the world with the full extent of what cybernetic modification can do while living her best life.

5. Cuter when Small - A rude and misogynistic Orc crosses paths with a Witch who is having a very bad day. Her curse sends him on a journey of self discovery as he becomes a shy, shortstack halfling Girl. Despite all the height and strength she's lost she's never felt more comfortable and assured in herself. Maybe a change in perspective was all that was needed.
