And there! Sorry it took so very, very long to get this comic done ^^;

PS. The guy turning into a hijabi woman is a muslim, just so that you know that there's no religious or cultural change going on with them. I don't do real-world-based cultural or race changes :)

Empire Bay Lore:

Little Damascus is one of Empire Bay's 28 Districts. Originally coming to be after an influx of immigrants in the late '70's, the district's identity solidified over the years as one of welcomed diversity by the rest of Empire Bay. Until the mid-2010's the district was never known by a distinct name similar to the city's Chinatown or Little Italy districts, but the second wave of immigrants mostly from Syria made the local officials officialize the name as Little Damascus.

Today the district is primarily known as a great place to get street food and is also home to an active textile industry. Just like with the other ethnically distinct districts, everyone in Empire Bay is happy to see more cultural diversity in their city-state.
