Tiers Adjustment

I have reorganized the tiers a bit, increased some membership prices by 50 cents and added some new tiers. The change is effective immediately. However, the increased prices only apply to new patrons. All existing patrons will keep old prices as long as you do not cancel.
There is now also a new smallest tier Donation Only (smaller than Little Patron), which has no benefit at all.
