My mods don't seem to be affected by patch 1.107 and are all compatible.
Compatibility just means that the mods were not broken by the last patch, so you can use those mods without any fear. If the last patch added some new features to the game, it will be adjusted in the next routine mod updates. However, further investigations are needed.
DirectX 11
I haven't tested any mods for DirectX 11 support yet and that's not my priority right now, so if you're using DX11 you may or may not have graphical issues. Let me know.
