Another fun fact is that Immortal Dictator hasn't taken the form of a human in centuries so no one even knows she can look like a human. They just know her for her demonic red form with horns and nothing else.
One day Casey attacks her with so much damage and force that it takes a lot of energy for her to heal and she shifts into her human form. Causing him to get flashbacks to his past life and what she meant to him. While she's unconscious he takes her to his base and waits for her to wake up so he can ask questions about the visions he had
