How To Play with an Isometric Grid

I find it strangely satisfying to write how-to guides, so this was a nice side project for me. I hope that it's also useful to you or someone you know! I'm not sure if you could run a campaign purely in isometric yet, but it's certainly a flashy thing to bring out once in a while for a dramatic encounter.

2021-08-11 03:59:42 +0000 UTCLooks very cool and nice to have something new to challenge my players with. Bonus that I have Roll20. Can I suggest something that may not work but if it does would be cool. How about an image with a forced perspective? Basically take something like trees, make them bigger up front and smaller in back. Thinking it might make the grids in back seem farther away.
