That figure's been growing at a steady rate for the past few months, and I'm convinced it will keep going on to rival "normal work". It's a dream coming true.
I still have about a month and a half in Japan before I go home, and it's greatly sweetened by the knowledge that I won't be going back to a life-or-death job. I'll probably keep it for a few months to recoup some of this vacation spending, but a job is always easier when you know you don't need it to survive!
So, a tremendous thank you to all of you, long-time and brand new. I spent five years out of school trying to find work that I liked, and I've finally found it, only because of your generous pledges. :)
