Second, I'd like to announce that I will be travelling in Japan for 80 days beginning mid November! Two years ago I started a samurai-themed D&D campaign (just to be different) and this has blossomed into a fascination for east Asian architecture and history. I've decided I must visit the place, and this is the year to do it!
Never fear, for I intend to remain active here on Patreon during my long trip. In fact, one of the activities I'm most excited for is exploring shrines and castles and turning them into battle maps! I will have internet access, a scanner, and everything else I need to create the battle maps you know and love, except perhaps the time. At best, I will stick to my 1-2 maps per week schedule. At worst, I will be uploading all of my sketches and uncolored maps free of charge. Either way, I promise you excellent value for money!
