Behind the scenes: Transforming myself into Alara Kitan
Added 2025-02-23 00:01:11 +0000 UTCI've been wanting to cosplay Alara Kitan from The Orville for years, and with the help of the FX prosthetics expert Monsters Inside, I finally did it! First, we made plaster molds of my face in sections, and after some sculpting work and counter-molds, we were able to cast all the prosthetics and small pieces!
For those who don't know the character or aren't familiar with the show, Alara is the Chief of Security on the Orville during the first season.
