Like buying them from certain vendors who is the easy alt if you don't want to make them but there is a chance that they won't trust you and could sell you a fake one or overcharge you or they could report you to the cops / be a cop in disguise and then you get fined. These are all ideas not even really suggestions, so do with them as you like. Hope this helps in some small way.
