Howdy, wonderful people!
Hooray for gratuitous cogs and moving parts! :D
So, this is where that caddy with the hinged lid ended up! As expected, we have two cogs rather than three, and you'll notice they're big now, too! As large as possible within the confines of the lid, in fact. Apart from the fact that it looks cooler that way, it means the cogs turn more easily, with less unwanted tilting.

One thing that did change along the way was the position of the "handle" cog - it's now on closer to the edge of the lid to make the whole thing more natural to open.
Printing Tips
As usual with these kinds of articulated designs you'll want to make sure your bottom layer is nice and neat, and that you don't have any print issues like stringing or overextrusion that might bind together moving parts!.
The parts print like so:

Final Thoughts
I'm not sure that putting a hinged lid with cogs is the most practical addition to the caddy set, but it definitely makes it more interesting, which is pretty much the point! :D
Have fun!
