Discord is ready!

This should hopefully be an improvement on discussions via Instagram, Twitter, MMF, and wherever else, especially since we're in a multitude of time zones, and it's easy to lose track of things in the onslaught of social media content!
The discord currently only has one single channel, but I'll build that out over time as seems appropriate.
