You give her back the phaser and prepare to fight. At any moment the intruders will be here and you don't even know how many there are, sure any help will be welcome... Suddenly a red flash illuminates the corridor and blurs your vision. Where did that shot come from? Your body now heavy, falls slowly and stiffly, and just for a second you thought you saw the Vulcan smiling... Wait, do Vulcans smile? Oh shit.  

Epilogue
You wake up in sick bay, still dizzy. Your head spins but you try to reconstruct the facts, order everything that happened. For sure this is going to be an interesting inform to report. It takes a while but you remember the damn Romulan spy near the restricted area. She was posing as a vulcan ensign when...
Wait, you clearly remember the phaser was on lethal force the first time you took it off from her. Why the hell are you still alive? Does she changed it to stun? Maybe she liked you a bit after all... You always knew your fixation for Vulcan women would get you in trouble sooner or later. You think about that last damn smile.
After all of this, you may not like Vulcan women so much anymore; however you start to see the charm of Romulan women...

Le devuelves el phaser y te preparas para enfrentaros juntos a los intrusos romulanos

Le devuelves el fáser y te preparas para luchar. En cualquier momento los intrusos estarán aquí y ni siquiera sabes cuántos son; lo que sí es seguro es que cualquier ayuda es más que bienvenida... De repente un destello rojo ilumina el pasillo nublando tu visión. ¿De dónde ha salido ese disparo? Tu cuerpo ahora pesado, cae lento y rígido, y por un instante te parece ver a la vulcana sonriendo... Espera, ¿los vulcanos sonríen? Oh, mierda.

Epílogo

Te despiertas en la enfermería, bastante mareado. La cabeza te da vueltas pero tratas de reconstruir los hechos, ordenar todo lo sucedido. Lo que tienes claro es que va ser un informe interesante de reportar. Recuerdas a la maldita espía romulana cerca del área restringida. Estaba haciéndose pasar por una alférez vulcana cuando...

Espera, sí recuerdas claramente que el phaser estaba en fuerza letal cuando se lo quitaste. ¿Por qué diablos sigues vivo? ¿Ella lo cambió a aturdir? Tal vez no le desagradabas tanto después de todo... Siempre supiste que tu fijación por las Vulcanas te traería problemas más tarde o temprano. Piensas en esa última maldita sonrisa. 

Después de todo esto, crees que vas a perder el interés por las mujeres Vulcanas; sin embargo las romulanas...
