I remember reading when Schitt's Creek first aired, Catherine O'Hara admitted that Moira's wigs are like her shield against the world. She asked the producers if she could wear lots of wigs depending on her mood. She said it works for fashion reasons and it works for hiding or revealing what she was feeling in some episodes, like a protective helmet.

Your story . . . my brother and one of my nephews had the same issue. Like you, they're very tall (6' 3" and 6' 4"). Turns out their size wasn't the reason, though we thought it was for a long time. A little Google search says it can be genetic or have to do with bladder development. I love Moira's "oopsie-daisie" line -- so apt.

(and pre-verbal still), my mom sat me down and said, "If I don't put a diaper on you, do you think you can make it through the night without going 1 or 2?" And according to her, I just nodded yes and never wet/messed the bed once. I think I'm far stranger for somehow never doing this than anyone else is for doing it. Like how do we just make it happen???
