If your head feels full, may I please suggest something that works very well. Place some Vicks on the very base of your skull a little tiny bit on each temple Some on your back and believe it or not on the bottom of your feet and put socks on this will cause circulation. Organic ginger, organic turmeric, organic garlic, royal jelly from the health, food store, no honey unless it’s pure honeycomb. Apple cider vinegar, for fresh squeezed organic lemons and two fresh squeezed organic limes. Peel the turmeric, ginger and garlic, slice into minced pieces, putting them into a blender. Add the apple cider vinegar, lemon, and lime juice over the turmeric, garlic, ginger, and honeycomb or royal jelly blend until it’s almost paste like add more apple cider vinegar until the mixture is very smooth like applesauce. Afterwards, add a little cinnamon. Use a small spoon placed into the size of cup you have now with a mixture of half water and half real lemon lemon juice stir it. You can drink it hot or cold. I prefer mine warm. These ingredients are antifungal, antibacterial, anti-microbial it promotes healing, like an anti antibiotic would, I know the garlic may sound funny, but it really doesn’t change that taste of the turmeric and ginger. Drink it twice a day and you will find an improvement in your lungs will start to clear. Your head won’t feel so stuffed and your neck won’t feel so stiff. Your lungs won’t feel so wet. I have used this recipe for approximately since I was two years old. It’s my grandmother‘s recipe. It has helped us through many outbreaks, the flu, colds and other viral infections. Almost all American honey is not pure honey. They add high fructose corn syrup, which is very poisonous to the human body. It’s important to get pure raw honey from a health food store, be pollen, royal jelly. I hope you feel better soon whether you use this recipe or not.
