2025-01-27 17:39:13 +0000 UTCMy kingdom for just one scene in the attempt where Eleanor and Tahani are soulmates. I want to know what happened so much!!

2025-01-18 11:21:00 +0000 UTCFrom the first episode, the frozen yogurt store should have been our strong hint that something was off. I mean, they’re dead, they can’t eat ice cream with a high butterfat content?

2025-01-18 01:30:21 +0000 UTCThe background details like the changing store names are worth a rewatch and then another rewatch. 😀

2025-01-17 21:06:58 +0000 UTCLove love all the attention to detail. Season 2 has been an amazing ride
Franklin
2025-01-17 21:06:37 +0000 UTCYesssss! Season 2 is my favorite largely due to the pacing. They cram SO many ideas into just the first few episodes and they could have easily chosen to milk it for multiple seasons. But as much as that could have been entertaining, I love it. It was a bold decision, but they've got a story to tell and it's not the point of the show, so they're going to fly through it so they can get back to the meat of the story. Despite all that, they still put so much thought into all the details; there's actually a huge list somewhere of all the restaurant puns they came up with and only a tiny fraction of them ended up in the show, and as throwaway frames that were shown for all of 2 seconds. And like you said, all the rapid-fire scenes that they filmed for the reboots? Some of which are using sets and props that I'm pretty sure are never used again. And how many times Janet had to face-plant into the sand! So many sitcoms will drag themselves out so much longer than they need to be and get stale. This show refuses to let that happen, and it keeps evolving despite being relatively short.

2025-01-17 00:31:17 +0000 UTCJason figuring it out, just once, is my favorite joke in the entire show.

2025-01-17 00:20:45 +0000 UTCI truly look forward to TGP because it brings levity to an otherwise bleak time in our country. Thank you, FF!

2025-01-16 23:07:58 +0000 UTCright?? I never thought much of comedy shows when it comes to my reactions and my style of it at that. But ted lasso really taught me that they can be so much more. Then it was fleabag, and now the good place and dairy girls. I'm happy to hear you are absolutely loving them. Sometimes it's just fun to laugh and relax without our brains freaking dissecting plots and monologues for more serious TV shows. Very good point about Eleanor and her mother
Franklin
2025-01-16 23:07:47 +0000 UTCI can't wait all the places the show will take us.

Franklin
2025-01-16 23:02:35 +0000 UTCdamn isn't it crazy how this silly funny show finds a way to be so relatable to all of us in one way or the other. Rip pops 🧡
Franklin
2025-01-16 23:02:18 +0000 UTCAbsolutely love it all Lola
Franklin
2025-01-16 23:01:03 +0000 UTCThe magic of going through all the "second tries" in one episode! And Jason figured it out in one of them! And Michael's meltdown when confronted to his own existence! And there was never a version in which Chidi didn't help Eleanor. I love it.

2025-01-16 17:28:50 +0000 UTCFavorite episode! (S2E2) Bees, bees, bees, bees!
Benny Mac
2025-01-16 17:13:02 +0000 UTCMichael's meltdown in episode 4 will never not be HILARIOUS to me. But it really is super relatable. I remember after my dad passed feeling like what's the point of it all? I'm just waiting for everyone I love to die, then one day I'll be gone too.

2025-01-16 04:04:59 +0000 UTCI think this episode 4 really highlights how there are so many different forms of intelligence. And Jason, for all his flaws, has one of the highest emotional intelligences in the group

2025-01-16 04:04:02 +0000 UTCHey, that was only 2-4. ;) I feel trolled. Loved the reactions, though!

2025-01-16 03:15:00 +0000 UTCWatching Michael’s character development is one of my favorite parts of the show overall. Obviously love every characters’ growth, but his is really special to me. Ted Danson knocked this role out of the park, after seeing him in Cheers all those years ago (aging myself here). Even more on that, the relationship between Michael and Eleanor specifically. Chidi and Eleanor always finding each other is definitely one of the most beautiful parts of the show. So loving going on this journey all over again!

2025-01-16 02:58:38 +0000 UTCCan’t believe I never realized before that they are doing a comedic version of Westworld!

2025-01-16 02:47:23 +0000 UTCI vastly underestimated how much I would love reactions to a more comedic show. It brings me pure JOY to re-watch this along with you. :) One note: I love the similarity between Eleanor and her mom's delivery of lines and general attitude toward life. Eleanor is an improvement over her mom, but if you watch those scenes again, the actors really worked to maintain cohesion in their presentation.

2025-01-16 02:47:23 +0000 UTCThis show turned into such a surprise and then so many more of them.

2025-01-16 02:35:59 +0000 UTC"Are they even actually dead" is a hot take I haven't seen yet 😂 No but really I'm loving these reactions, takes me back to my first watch ❤️
