I've seen this show about 9-10 times now (it's my comfort show, I watch it before sleep) and I'm STILL mourning "attempt number 2". I wish we got to see a bit more of it. It felt like we were a fly on a wall, watching them unravel what we already knew. It was kinda fun. But the rest of the show does not disapoint. So glad I get to relive it for the first time again through your eyes.

We got duped again, but this time by the end of the season premiere instead of having to wait until the finale. Once again, we have no clue where things are going. Mike Schur and the whole writer's room are geniuses.

I am very with you on missing attempt 2, and I would have probably enjoyed an entire second season that was just this version of things, but I also love how now all the central characters are properly established, including Michael, the show is unafraid to throw what could be five episodes of good ideas into one episode. It’s a glut of hilarious ideas!
