Having a symbiote in your head does help to recover fast from a psychic attack, as Carlos just showed us.
Meanwhile, our hero is not having a good time: He went from rescuer to rescued, not only that, but Lapsus left him so numb he's almost fully dependant on being saved.
So much so he is willing to blow up his cover to crush the grenade Legatus just tossed them.
At the same time, Carlos diverted his symbiote to protect Crusher.
Crusher is gonna have a non hero sacrificing himself for him.
How is our hero going to take that?

Lapsus wants a clean to make getaway, but too bad Legatus rather go out with a bang. I would love to be in Crusher's place right now. Between Carlos's symbiote and his buff chest, I would feel so safe. With a nice head rub too. Carlos really is a caring bull. Oh no watch out for the grenade. I hope Carlos and Crusher will be ok. Using his symbiote to cover Crusher from the explosion of that grenade is so cool. Crusher wants to use his powers to help but he is still weak from Lapsus's attack. If Carlos gets hurt while protecting Crusher. It will probably hurt Crusher's pride. Hopefully it won't be too bad. Only time will tell. Nicely done Rubberbuns. Carlos is such a great Guardian, he can protect me anytime. If the symbiote can sense super powers then Crusher's cover will be blown. I can't wait to see what happens next. Keep up the good work. 👍
