Hero reward: The Engulfer

That's why we are developing a heavy drone for extreme situations like that one!
And while it is experimental, it looks promising: A large sized drone able to drain powers, capable to get stronger the more villains it captures!
Talk about turning an enemy into a tool to defeat the other villains!
Hopefully the city won't be in need to release such a last resort resource!
Time will tell!

The Engulfer has a big appetite to store that many villains. They look so drained. It's nap time naughty boys. You are so grounded. This came out great. Nicely done Rubberbuns.
