The symbiote thrives in the blood rushing nutrients and oxigen, and certainly, the readied "protein" dispensers help up with its growth.
And just like growing a symbiote, trust and teamwork has to be strengthened and nourished. The symbiote knows that well.
That's why they are developing... new social tendecies. Yeah.
