Shockwave got visited by his superior, who came to check, on a personal level, his subordinate.

We saw Shockwave furious, but now we know why. And there's a difference between "Being angry at a traitor" and "Being angry because you're ruining my rhino's job".

On one hand, Shockwave keeps calling his Boss "Sir", even in a personal visit. On the other, he just went for a kiss, as if it's not the first time it happened.

For someone who tries to push heroes into having no emotional ties, he does seem to allow the dobbie to have ties with him.

The nerve.
