[REN] Restored Cut Content [Early Access nautiloid]

Brings back access to the early access cut parts of the nautiloid ship
Includes a new NPC ( i couldnt find the voices so it doesnt have any sound for dialog )
This is the first part of this project , i'll be bringing back more cut content depending on each ara
Since we cant change the actuall map , i had to work around it by adding a new platform to access it , so you will experience some camera issues , in that case just double click your tav's portrait to focus back on them
With that being said , thank you all so much for being patient , alot has been happening with my life , from rescuing a kitten ( she;s back to full health now ! and i named her bellatrix <3 ) to the whole ordeal of the current issues between iran and israel , as i said before i live in middle east , specifically the kurdistan region , which means this conflict has been affecting us alot here , food prices has sky rocketed and general life is a mess because every second you feel like you'll be caught in the crossfire , thankfully i have you guys who have been subbed and have been helping me with this financially , i cant ever thank you guys enough for this , you guys are trully life savers , i have been trying to save up so i can file for legal immigration to a safer country but i fear those savings will be used to keep us alive for months to come ;') , so thank you all so much for enabling me to survive this trully dark times and i hope my mods are making your days just a little better <3
